On Tuesday I took the KLM direct flight to Hong Kong. I bought flight sleeping pills for the trip and on the instruction it said use 2 hours before the desired sleep time.
It worked after half an hour and I was still desperately waiting for my dinner so my strong mental power beat the medication (and there goes the desired effect). But I did keep drinking and now despite I only had 3 hours of sleep, I am at ease and no symptoms of jet lags at all.
My first impression of Hong Kong was convenient and efficient. Everything at the airport was fast and smooth.
Taking the express train from the airport to downton, I kept checking the views outside the window. Living in Holland for such a long time, I am totally not used to seeing so many mountains!
